Allurion Technologies Inc. has appointed Milena Alberti-Perez to its Board of Directors and delegated her to head its Audit Committee.

"Her perspective and guidance will be invaluable as Allurion furthers its mission to treat the 1 billion people around the world with obesity.”
Alberti-Perez previously served as chief financial officer (CFO) at Getty Images and CFO at Penguin Random House where she supervised a global business generating more than $3 billion in annual sales. She currently chairs the Audit Committee at Digimarc Corporation and chairs the Finance Committee at Pitney Bowes. She also is a member of the Audit Committee for Pitney Bowes' board.

Alberti-Perez earned a bachelor of arts from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
