This fast paced role orchestrates strategic planning, business development and coordination of all Stryker Instruments product marketing activities to promote the sale of company surgical solutions and further the company’s sales objectives. Duties include, but are not limited to: -- Developing and implementing marketing policies, processes and programs related to market research, promotion, product/brand management and product development. -- Identifying, evaluating and resolving business issues, managing budget and providing proactive leadership to the Marketing function. -- Supporting and guiding the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the broader business team including performing acquisition analysis and recommends pricing strategies. -- Actively coaches and mentors his or her team of direct reports and their subordinates. -- Plays a leading role in the Business Unit Steering Committee / Leadership Team. Minimum Qualifications -- Bachelor’s degree in business (marketing, management, etc.) or a technical field from a nationally credited institution. -- Master’s degree preferred. -- Eight (8+) plus years of product management or Sales/Marketing experience. -- Demonstrated success leading a high performing Marketing organization.
