Intellias, a software engineering and digital consulting firm, has acquired all the shared in C2 Solutions, a Bloomington, Minn.-based technology services and product lifecycle management (PLM) company.
C2 Solutions was founded in 2010. The company provides services in development/integrations, information architecture/data insights, and firmware/software engineering. Over 80% of its clients have worked with the company for 10+ years. C2 is recognized for its digital health and medical devices technology capabilities.
The acquisition grows Intellias’ offerings in North America, particularly bolstering its digital health and medical devices capabilities. It has 3,200 employees and offices in 14 countries—the company offers expertise in mobility, retail, financial services, telecom, and media, as well as high-tech sectors including product engineering, AI/ML, cloud and DevOps, IoT, and data/analytics.
