Flambeau has hired Troy Deppey as its new vice president of North American Operations, a responsibility covering the company’s seven thermoplastics manufacturing operations in the United States, as well as its plant in Mexico.
Deppey provides leadership for the operational performance of these facilities, including all aspects of manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain. He will be working closely with Flambeau’s director of supply chain, its corporate quality director, and each plant manager, to help guide Flambeau on its journey of continual improvement for its manufacturing and operational practices.
Deppey has previous experience as vice president of Global Manufacturing for Terumo BCT (Lakewood, Colo.), where he provided leadership for the company’s six sites located around the globe, and he is experienced in injection molding and other manufacturing processes.
Deppey also has considerable education and training, including a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Colorado State University.
Flambeau company members in its plants across the United States and in Mexico welcome Deppey to this role, as he relocates to south central Wisconsin with his wife and takes on these new, far-reaching responsibilities.
