Primus Technologies Corp. announced that Paul Cary has joined the company as vice president of Operations, reporting to Chris Sullivan, company chairman and CEO.

Cary has spent his career in operational leadership roles at companies including Toyota, Lotus, and Goodyear. With individual Japanese coaches at Toyota and Isuzu in Japan and Europe, he honed and applied his Lean Manufacturing expertise. Cary successfully led the development of both greenfield startups and brownfield transformations across multiple industries.

Cary has a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and an advanced post-graduate degree in business administration.
