Tegra Medical is expanding its sales force through a new agreement with Bunting, Earls & Associates (BEA), a manufacturers’ representative firm based in Lake Forest, Ill.
This agreement will provide technical sales representation in Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan and Texas—and, according to the company, "strengthen" its reach in the Midwest.
BEA also will represent Tegra Medical in Puerto Rico.
“Bunting, Earls & Associates’ strong technical background and over 45 years of solutions-based
experience in medical device manufacturing dovetails well with Tegra Medical’s offerings,” said
Mark King, president and CEO of Franklin, Mass.-based Tegra. “We expect they will hit the ground running and immediately help customers who are looking for a partner to assist them in all aspects of
getting medical devices to market: prototyping, pilot and full-scale production, assembly, packaging and sterilization. We look forward to working with BEA to enhance relationships with customers in these states and Puerto Rico.”
Tegra Medical provides precision machining and contract manufacturing services to the medical device industry, producing complex components and finished devices used in cutting-edge procedures for leading surgical, interventional and orthopaedic companies. The company has four locations in the United States and Costa Rica.
